Join us for Frequency — a monthly live music series at Worth Gallery. Frequency spotlights BIPOC musicians of varying genres through intimate, stripped-back shows. Celebrating sound, connection, and creative expression in Toronto's vibrant music scene. Find your new favorite musician in your new favorite gallery.

This edition of Frequency features XUKASIA, resident noisy music wallflower. She'll be accompanied by experimental-techno producer/DJ Plastic Heart Surgery.

XUKASIA is a rapper and producer from Toronto, creating experimental abstract soundscapes within the genres of hip-hop, hardcore electronic, industrial, punk, ambient, breakcore and synthwave house music. She's released two albums: "XONIKA!" and "XEONFLUXX!"

Her lyrics are often raw and personal, detailing her experiences with topics such as gender identity, mental health issues, and manifesting positive energy. She makes all her beats using FL Studio and an AKAI MPK midi controller. XUKASIA is also a show organizer, putting on multiple series of showcases like AFRONOIZE (Black queer showcase, all genres) and ARMAGEDDON (queer experimental showcase).
