SIYAHKAL record release show for “Days of Smoke and Ash,” March 8th at St. Stephen-In-The-Fields.

It is with the likes of Chicago’s Industrial powerhouse HIDE, our own devilish duo DOCTOR CEMENT, Hamilton hardcore clan HOGTIED and local noisemaker XODKARR that we will be celebrating the achievements of our comrades.

To say the SIYAHKAL LP is long overdue is an understatement. We could not be more excited to be among friends heralding the arrival of such a timely effort as it emerges from our city. I could, and maybe will, write an essay about the present state of Toronto Hardcore as has been my habit, but it would be best summed up this way; only we can meet this moment. Let the walls of Evin Prison shake with the sounds of SIYAHKAL!
