Where The Goose Landed 落雁之處
Where the Goose Landed is a solo photography exhibition and photozine launch by Erjin Liu, developed since 2025, and featuring selected works created over the past several years. As distinct national imagery, the presence of Canada geese is iconic and symbolic. It’s a soft metaphor for what it means to seek places, to land somewhere unknown and call it your own.
By situating personal narratives within broader cultural symbols, Where the Goose Landed raises questions central to contemporary Canadian identity while offering the audience an open and affective space to sit with ambiguity and sensation.
